Show Freshmen Elect State Of Officers New Execs Ready To Go Irito Action Election week is over, and the freshmen are "on the way to the top" under the leadership of Hooper Knowlton. FOR THE PAST week Knowlton Knowl-ton has stood on a platform of more class unity and distinction. "Being president, I would like to see the continuation of the Freshman Cabinet. I also feel that the freshman class should have the opportunity to underwrite under-write and sponsor certain activities activi-ties during the academic year." Along with freshman class president Hooper Knowlton is his vice president Rick Bird. Rick has felt, ever since the beginning of the election week, that "there should be a better sense of Communications between be-tween the members of this freshman fresh-man class." OTHER MEMBERS of the freshman "executive board" are JoAnn Eardley, secretary; Steve Woodbury, treasurer, and Jeff Cannon, personnel coordinator. Even though there was a small minority of freshman votes during dur-ing this particular election, each officer is completely devoted to the achievement of "class unity and distinction." |
