WITH THE swimming finals scheduled for Thursday and soft-ball, soft-ball, horse-shoes, and tennis underway, the Pi Kaps with 1105 total points hold a 71 point edge over the Betas and a 144 point margin over defending champion, Sigma Chi IM billiards team champion is Pi Kappa Alpha with Tom Morgan Mor-gan of Beta Theta Pi nabbing individual honors. Morgan defeated de-feated Pi Kap Dick Matlock in the finals of the single elimination elimin-ation tourney. There were 205 participants in this years go-around. go-around. THE WINNERS of the IM co-recreation co-recreation bowling meet are the team of Karen Berg and Paul Pullman. Berg scored a 568 series ser-ies with 'Pullman carding a 598 totaling 1166. Second place finishers were 'Laurel Berg, sister of Karen, and Jerry Pullman .brother of Paul, who had series of 466 and 487 for a combined score of 953. A TOTAL of 16 couples partic-pated partic-pated in the tournament. IM fencing co-winners Ted Hackett and Rick Kerr won out over eight other entries in the meet. |
