(Ted) Moss, Utah's junior Democratic Senator Sena-tor since 1958, will be the concluding con-cluding speaker on the National Issues Forum's series of 1964 senatorial campaign appearances at noon today in the East Union Ballroom. The Senator U expected ex-pected to explain many of his views of his 'Republican opponents. oppon-ents. Dr. Ernest IL. Wilkinson and Congressman Sherman P. Lloyd who spoke before the Forum last week. SINCE ENTERING the Senate, Senator Moss has generally followed fol-lowed a "liberal" course within the current political spectrum. He has been a strong supporter of the late President Kennedy's New Frontier legislative program and is currently regarded as an equally strong supporter of the Johnson administration.
