PARKINSON PARK-INSON announce the marriage of their daughter, Ella Jean, to Mr. John Terry, son of Mr. and Mrs. John .Terry of Rupert, Idaho. The couple were married August 8th in the Idaho Falls L D S Temple, and honeymooned honey-mooned in Yellowstone Park. Ella Jean has been a teacher in the Milford schools for several sev-eral years, and Mr. Terry has served a mission for the LDS Church. TWENTY members of Utahna Lodge No. 358 will travel to Bingham Canyon, Saturday, August 18th, to participate in the annual state meeting of the B of L F & E. The ladies will exemplify the official drill and a point in parliamentary pro Marvin Marler has been transferred to the Union Pacific yards at Omaha, where he is studying with the new turbine staff. Niel-sen. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tomsik and family returned last week from a two-week vacation trip to the Pacific Coast. Accompanied Accompa-nied by Mr. and Mrs. Lee Anderson An-derson of Salt Lake, they drove to San Francisco, then up the Pacific Coast to Seattle, where they enjoyed an interesting trip on Puget Sound, returning to Milford through Idaho. Babe Ruth, Leonard Hillman, and Odd Fellows Grand Master Andrew Lassen of Tooele, enjoyed en-joyed a fishing trip to Panguitch Lake Tuesday. The trio caught j 30 fish (three limit catches) in ' an hour of fishing. Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Jefferson Jeffer-son and Judy returned Wednesday Wed-nesday from their two week vacation trip to California. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Perkins ! of Spanish Fork spent a week with 'heir son in law and daugh ter, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson. Thomp-son. They also spent a few days in Hurricane and Cedar City visiting friends and relatives, rela-tives, and returned to their home last Friday. Mrs. Harry Jefferson and daughter Helen, and her twin sons, Gary and Terry, and Mrs. Merrit Martin and two daughters, daugh-ters, all of Fort Knox, Ky., were in Milford recently, house guests at the Norman Baxter home and at the Smithson Ranch. The group left for Cali-ente Cali-ente to visit Grandma Dewey, en route to Berkeley, Calif. They expect to visit Mrs. Jefferson's Jef-ferson's father, Charles Baxter, in Ashland, Ore., before returning return-ing to Kentucky. e Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Rudolph and son of Heyburn, Idaho, are visiting Mrs. Rudolph's brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hutchings. j Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dean drove to Franklin', Idaho, last week. Mr. Dean has returned to Milford, and Mrs. Dean will remain for three weeks to re ceive medical treatment. Mr. and Mrs., Edgar Moore and three children were at Panguitch Lake last wefk end. 9 Mrs. Susan Baxter is in Salt Lake with her daughter, Virginia. Vir-ginia. Mrs. Bertha Gehring, formerly for-merly of Panaca, Nev., is now living in Milford. Mrs. Gehring Gehr-ing has three sons living in Milford, Gene, Roldo and Lund Turner. |
