Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, un less otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M: a-2546 Carl Elmer, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the place of use of 1 sec.-ft. of water under a right evidenced by Underground-Water Claim No. 6352. The water has been diverted from a 14-in. well 72 ft. deep at a point S. 1254 ft. and E. 41 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 19, T28S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 to irrigate 16 acres of land embraced in said Sec. 19. Hereafter, 1 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from the same well and used during the same period to irrigate 16 acres of land embraced in NVSEVi, SV2SWV4, NEWSW14 Sec. 18 and NV2NE14 Sec. 19, T28S, R10W. a-2547 Carl Elmer, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the place of use of 1 sec.-ft. of water un- j der a right evidenced by Under-fround-water Claim No. 5340. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well 60 ft. deep at a point N. 31 ft. and E. 1103 ft. from WV2 Cor. Sec. 19, T23S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 to irrigate 70 acres of land embraced in WV&NWV4 said Sec. 19. Hereafter, 1 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from the same well and used during the same period to irrigate 70 acres of land embraced in NSEVi and SVSSWV4 Sec. 18 and NWV4 Sec 19, T28S, R10W. ' 5-2548 Carl Elmer, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1 sec.-ft. of water under a right acquired by Application No. 17555 as amended by Applications Appli-cations Nos. a-2326 and a-2420. The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a 14-in. well 260 ft. deep at a point S. 1320 ft. and E. 100 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 18, T28S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 40 acres of land embraced in NV-SWi4 NV-SWi4 EUid SWVSWV said Sec. 18. Hereafter, 1 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from the same well, which is actually located at a point S. 85.5 ft. and E. 1398 ft. from Wx4 Cor. said Sec. 18 and used during the same period to irrigate 40 acres of land embraced em-braced in SWV4; NV6SEV4 and EVfcNWi4 said Sec. 18. a-2561 Ben Lewis, Jr., Milford, Mil-ford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion of 1.003 sec.-ft. of water under a right evidenced by Underground -Water Claims Nos. 2814 and 2813. The water has been diverted di-verted from two wells as follows: fol-lows: Underground-Water Claim No. 2814 S. 1306 ft. and W. 45 ft. and Underground - Water Claim No. 2813 S. 174 ft. and W. 137C ft., both from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T29S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 73.43 acres of land embraced in NV6NEV4 said Sec. 14, and for year-round domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, 1.003 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well 200 ft. deep at a point S. 1306 ft. and W. 355 ft. from NE Cor. said Sec. 14, and I used during the same period and for the same purposes described above. a-2583 J. L. Shepherd; P. O. Box 816, Ogden, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion of 1.003 sec.-ft. of water under a right evidenced by Underground-Water Claim No. 7541. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 1713 ft. and W. 34 ft. from S'.-i Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irri gate 26.2 acres of land embraced in SE14NWV4 said Sec. 11, and for year-round incidental domes tic and stock-watering purposes Hereafter, 1.003 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well 100 ft. deep at a point N. 2007 ft. and W. 32 ft. from SV4 Cor. said Sec. 11, and used during the same period to irri gate 26.2 acres of land embraced in NEVSWii and SEWNWVi said Sec. 11, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Cap-itol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before March 1, 1952.
