Those enjoying the attractive and delicious repast were the honored guests, Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Osborn; Mr. and Mrs. Dem Osborn and son Melvyn of Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. Ray H. Mills and daughters Lynda and Melody of Lynndyl; Mr. and Mrs. Alton Smith of Milford, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Morris Jr. of Salt Lake, and the gracious hosts, Sam and Erma. As per agreement, City Mar shal Alt and wife Lenore, along with Frank and Edith Osborn were the breakfast guests of Dern and Aleen and boys, J. D and Melvyn, Sunday morning, prior to a jaunt up picturesque Beaver Canyon. Ponderosa was a perfect setting for an appetizing dinner, cooked over the campfire and grill. Dern and Alt are swell cooks, and Melvyn the champion fisher man. A trip over Big John Flat with its cold sparkling water and bounding deer on the way to the edge of the mountains, to view the towns below, was inspiring in-spiring and healthful, and a perfect ending to a perfect day and happy homecoming to Milford Mil-ford in the early evening. Ray and Myrtle Mills and Melody returned to Lynndy Friday night, while Lynda remained re-mained until Sunday noon, the guest of Judy Baxter. SUNDAY, Sept. 9th, Lee Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Erickson, celebrated her fifth birth anniversary. The following follow-ing friends met at her home: Toni Lynn Kizer, Billie Dawson, Daw-son, Elaine Griffiths, Ileene Crane, Dickie Sullivan, Larry Bentley and Kristen Lish. All enjoyed the matinee at the Firmage Theater, and afterward had birthday cake and ice cream at Lee Ann's home. MRS. LOUISE DELGARDO was hostesses for her pinochle club last Friday evening, with the following ladies present: Mrs. Phyllis Keetch, Mrs. Margaret Mahoney, Mrs. Dorothy Doro-thy Kizer, Mrs. Lola Banks Mrs. Ethel Mclntyre, Mrs. Gar net Garfield, Mrs. Beulah Wun derlich and Mrs. Dorothy Morris. Mor-ris. A salad course was served, after which cards were played. Mrs. Morris, Mrs. Wunderlich and Mrs. Kizer were the prize winnes. UTAHNA LODGE No 358 honored their past presidents at the regular meeting Friday, Sept. 10th, held in the I O O F hall. Mrs. Alma Radtke was initiated into membership. After the meeting a delicious banquet for the past presidents was followed by cards, prizes at bridge going to Mrs. Phyllis Erickson, Mrs. Magdalena White and. Mrs. Christie Lyman.
