Show ANNUAL SOUTHERN UTAH HEREFORD TOUR SCHEDULED SEPT. 10 TO 12 j The Second Annual Hereford tour, which makes a stop at Wallace Yardley's in Beaver, is scheduled for Sept. 10th, 11th and 12th. The tour will begin at Evan Woodbury's place in St. George at 8 p. m. Monday, Sept. 10th, according to Ralph D. Winterton, president of the Utah Hereford Association. From the Woodbury farm the1 tour will move to Pine Valley for a stop at the E. S. Gardner Ranch. Among the fine Here-fords Here-fords on display here will be a son of TT Proud Prince, the $36,000 top of the famous Thor-ton Thor-ton Sales. From Pine Valley the tour will move to Enterprise for a lunch stop at Paul Hafen's Calf Spring Ranch where the tour will see a herd of straight Milk Way breeding. The next stop will be at the Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural College farm, just west of Cedar City. From here the tour moves to Wallace Yardley's Blue Mountain Moun-tain Hereford Ranch at Beaver On display will be MW Tommy Domino and Larry Domino 169, a son of the famous Larry Domino Dom-ino 50th. The last stop of the first day will be at Leo Stott's Hereford Ranch at Meadow. The second day will begin at Verl Norford's at Annabelle. i The second stop at Hawley's I Hereford Ranch just south of 'Richfield. The third stop on j Sept. '11th will be at the C. A I Mattson Ranch at Salina. On 1 display here will be two calves j by Baca Duke 2nd, the famous j $65,000 sire. , Afternoon stop will be at the !H. B. Lamb place at Wells, Jo seph A. Nielson and Son at ' Ephraim, W. J. Wintch and son at Maiiti. Here one of the out-' out-' standing Hereford cows in the , nation will be on display along , with her calf. The H. M. and Marva Grible I Ranch and Verl A. Peterson I Ranch at Gunnison will be vis-! vis-! ited. Hereford breeders in San-i San-i pete Counay are planning a ' picnic luncheon at 6 p. m., which will be held at the Gun-I Gun-I :iison park. On Sept. 12th three stops will be made, the first at the M & O Ranch in Salina Canyon at 10 a. m. Next stop will be at the Castle Valley Hereford Ranch, owned by Gardell Snow of Fer-rcn.
