Show BEAVER LIONS TO JOIN j COUNTY RANGE TOUR j The Beaver Lions Club, at the invitation of County Agent Grant Esplin, will dine on box lunches at their regular meeting meet-ing next Monday, somewhere in the Beaver Mountains. They will join a tour of reseeded areas at Coyote on South Creek, sponsored by the Beaver County U S D A Mobilization Committee. Com-mittee. The group will meet at the Post Office corner in Beaver at S a. m., Monday, August 20, and their first stop will be at Coyote in the foothill area of South Creek. This area was re-seeded re-seeded to crested wheat grass in 1945 and now has a very good stand of grass. The next stop will be at the reseeded area in Merchant Valley. Val-ley. For lunch, the touring caravan will stop at Timid Springs on Big Flat. Everyone should arrange for his own lunch, but cold soda water and coffee will be furnished by the sponsors. Other reseeded areas will be inspected at the deer enclosure on Big Flat and at Betensen, or Dry Flat. All interested persons are invited in-vited to join the tour. |
