Show Mr. and Mrs. John Whisler and children were in Milford last week. The Whislers have been living in Kaysville, but were en route to their new home in Las Vegas. Sons Paul and Gary stayed in Milford for a short visit at the homes of Dr. and Mrs. L. F. Kohler and Mr. and Mrs. A. L. McDonald. Mr. and Mrs. William Kinross Kin-ross and family are vacationing in Detroit, Mich. Three Milford homes changed hands the past week, with the Kirk Realty Co. handling the transactions. Bill Smith purchased pur-chased the Karl Levi home; Charles Smith is the new owner of the Russell Mayer home, and the Dan Stewart home was sold to Jack Hanley. Mr. and Mrs. Nathan L. Barnes and little daughter Mary Anne, of Fontana, Cal., spent their vacation in Milford Mrs. Eva Beard returned last week from a two-month visit with her sons and families, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Beard at Rex-burg, Rex-burg, Idaho; and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon C. Beard in Salt Lake. While there she attended the graduation exercises at the University Uni-versity of Utah. Vernon was one of the graduates. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Beard also attended the exercises. Miss Wilma Schoo will leave Monday for Salt Lake City, where she will take a physical examination preparatory to enlisting en-listing in the Waves. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones and son Roger and Mrs. Estella Duggins of Gunnison spent Friday Fri-day evening and Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Worthen. Early Sunday they drove to Baker, Nev., to tour Lehman Caves. Mr. Jones, is postmaster at Gunnison. Madelyn Kohler and Bill Hurley of Salt Lake City spent Wednesday and Thursday in Milford with Dr. and Mrs. L. F. Kohler. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Cameron Jr. of St. George spent Thursday Thurs-day evening and Friday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Worthen. They were en route to the L D S Conference at Salt Lake. Cross of : New York City arrived in Mil- j ford June 18th, traveling by plane to Salt Lake and U P from Salt Lake to Milford. They are visiting Mr. Cross' Mother, Mrs. Nora Cross; and sister, Mrs. O. R. Smith and family, and Mr. Vernon Burns.
