Show Cases heard in Justice O. C. Koch's Court the past week: j Joseph Spirk, transient, for- j feited $10 bail on drunk charge, j Bill Kirk and D. A. Fowles. ' Milford, each fined $2.50 fori operating a motor vehicle with-j out a driver's license. j Mrs. Ernest U'Ren of Milford and Mitchell Hodges of Beaver each charged with operating a vehicle with no driver's license, produced licejjse when they appeared ap-peared before Judge Koch and charges were dismissed. Charles N. Baxter, Milford, no inspection sticker, fined $2.50. Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kohler were in Delta Saturday afternoon, after-noon, and attended the rodeo at Deseret Saturday evening. Mr. Max Bracken is at home recuperating from an injured leg, suffered in an accident at the local U P railroad yards two weeks ago. Mr. Bracken was hospitalized at Las Vegas. Mrs. John Killam has returned re-turned from a two week vacation vaca-tion visiting relatives in Salt Lake, Levan, Provo and Nephi. |
