This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment dissolving the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between plaintiff and defendant, and for the custody of the two minor children of the parties. IN RE: Petition of Gardell Banks to have premises offered for sale and offering to purchase the same. NOTICE, IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gardell Banks has filed his petition with the Clerk of said Court praying that the premises hereinafter described be sold or caused to be sold under the provisions pro-visions of Section 94-0-16, Utah Code Annotated, 1943, at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, and offering to purchase the same, said premises being situated sit-uated in the Town of Minersville, Beaver County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 in Block 28, Plat "A," Minersville Townsite Survey; and Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plat "B," Minersville Townsite Survey. Sur-vey. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 8th day of September, 1947, at the hour of two o'clock P-. M. of said day, in the Courtroom Court-room of the County Court House in Beaver City, Beaver County, Utah, is the time and place when and where all persons interested in said premises or any part thereof, or claiming any right, title, interest or equity therein or right of possession thereof, either as purchaser, occupant or otherwise, may appear and show cause, if any they have, why this Court should not sell or cause to be sold at public auction and to the highest bidder for cash the aforesaid premises and the whole thereof; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the said time and place, and unless there appears sufficient suffi-cient legal reasons and grounds to the contrary, the said premises will be sold as aforesaid by the within entitled Court at public auction to the highest bidder for cash; provided, however, that none of said premises will be sold for less that Five Dollars per acre.
