Show , : , LEGAL NOTICE OF THE RESULT OF REFERENDUM Notice is hereby given by the Utah State Soil Conservation Committee Com-mittee that the proposed Milford Soil Conservation District 'has duly petitioned, in the interests of the public health, safety and welfare, for the organization of said district nnl that said State Committee has determined that the district is desirable de-sirable and necessary and has fixed the boundaries thereof, which include in-clude approximately 1,122,040 acres. That aifter due notice said Com-, Com-, mittee has conducted a referendum within the proposed district upon the question, "Shall a soil conservation conserva-tion district of the lands decribed and lying in Beaver County, Utah, be created?" Please take further notice that m canvass of the results of said referendum shows 49 votes cast "For" and no votes cast "Against" the question submitted to the eligible elig-ible voters of the proposed district. That Ettid State Committee shall next determine whether the operation opera-tion of the district is administratively administra-tively practicable and (feasible.
