Show Pauline Whiting, Douglas I. Todd married in April temple ceremony The wedding cake was a three-tiered cake separated by columns with pink bells on top and decorated with pink roses. Mr. and Mrs. C. Ernest Whiting Whi-ting announce the marriage of their daughter, Pauline Whiting Whit-ing to Douglas I. Todd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Todd of Bountiful. The marriage was an event of April 3 in the Salt Lake Temple with Paul H. Dunn performing the ceremony. The groom is presently employed em-ployed in Provo and the bride is completing her education at BYU where she will graduate in August. They are residing in Provo following their honeymoon honey-moon in Salt Lake and Park City. A reception was held in the First-Twelfth Ward the evening eve-ning of their marriage and given giv-en by the parents of the bride. For the reception the bride was gowned in a floor-length dress of silk organza with an empire waist and appliqued lace on the bodice, sleeves and hem of the skirt. Her train was of organza. organ-za. Bridal veil was of bridal illusion caught by silk organza flowers. The bridal bouquet was of small white carnations and pink roses surrounding a white orchid. She was attended by Mrs. Jana Davies, matron of honor and sister of the bride; Mrs. LaRue Beardall, another sister; Mrs. Linda Smuin, Pamla Uau, Mrs. Nedra Bean, Leslie Rawlins, Raw-lins, were bridesmaids. Flower girls were Judy Antonino, Ker-rie Ker-rie Davies and Laurie Beardall. Best man duties were performed per-formed by Tom Patterson. The attendants' floor-length dresses were light pink voil with empire waist and stand-up collar accented with white lace. Their flowers were white carnations car-nations and pink roses surrounded sur-rounded with green fern. The bride's mother's dress was floor-length, pink shantung, shan-tung, trimmed with pink and green flowers. Mother of the groom wore a moss green floor-length, floor-length, dress of faile with cap sleeve and stand-up collar. Their flowers were white carnations car-nations and pink roses. Greeting guests were Mr. and Mrs. Bert Ostler, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Redford, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Steed. Ushers were Fredric Oddone, John Rather. Gary Steed, and Gary Allen. At the guest register were Karen Ka-ren Oveson and Diane Middle-ton. Middle-ton. Jane Patterson and Susan Rather were in charge of the gift room. Girls from the bride's ward were servers.
