Show Burial here for former resident Funeral services for Louisa Metcalf Palfreyman, 78, Mapleton Ma-pleton native and wife of the late B. D. Palfreyman, were held Tuesday. Mrs. Palfreyman died April 17, 1969 in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City of a kidney ailment. Burial was in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery. She was born February 10, 1891 in Mapleton, a duaghter of Levi Gregory and Margaret Llewelyn Metcalf. She married Blake D. Palfreyman, January 26, 1911 and it was later solemnized sol-emnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church and had served in many auxiliaries. auxil-iaries. She was an accomplished pianist. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lee (Thelma) Gygi, Murray; Mrs. Lloyd (Lucille) Myers, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Barney (Hazel) Rawlings, Las Vegas, Nevada; 11 grandchildren, and one brother bro-ther and two sisters, Burton R. Metcalf, Hauma, La.; Mrs. May Gudmundson, San Cle-mente, Cle-mente, Calif.; and Mrs. Hilton (Hazel) Robertson, Provo. |
