Show New resident finance head William J. Welsh of this city and Price, has just recently been elected to a second term as president of the Utah Consumer Con-sumer Finance Association. He has worked in finance companies compan-ies for the past 30 years. Active civicly, Mr. Welsh is president of Pro-Carbon Development De-velopment Corp., which was instrumental in-strumental in bringing Koret of California, a fashion leader in women's coordinated sportswear sports-wear for 30 years, to Price The new plant site was dedicated dedicat-ed in rites held Saturday. Mr. Welsh is a member ol the governor's coordinating council, has served as mayor of Price, state Jaycee president, was president of the Utah Municipal League, was exalted ruler of Price Elks Lodge, and district deputy to the Grand Lodge, the Elks' highest state office. He is man-ied to the former Margaret L. Roberts and they make their home here although they maintain residence also in Price. |
