Show j NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REV IK W SPRINGVILLE CITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 12 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN GIV-EN that the undersigned have been duly appointed to the Board of Equalization and Review Re-view for Improvement District Number 12, and that the lists of property in said district subject sub-ject to tax and the various amounts of tax against such property have been completed. Notice of the proposed assessment as-sessment showing the description descrip-tion of the parcel of land, the frontage in feet, and amount of the special tax or assessment assess-ment proposed, shall be mailed to the owner of each such parcel par-cel not later than ten days after af-ter the first publication of this notice. The undersigned, as the Board of Equalization and Review, Re-view, will meet in the Springville Spring-ville Civic Center, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, on the following days: November 1, 1967, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. November 2, 1967, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. November 3, 1967, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. On said dates said Board will hear and consider any and all objections to the levying of such tax and will make any changes or corrections in said proposed assessments as to the Board shall seem just and equitable. The tax lists and plats shall be open to public inspection at the Springville Civic Center during usual business hours until the last date of hearing. The property to be taxed abuts upon the following street: SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS I AARON AVENUE north side from existing sidewalk at approximately 650 East to 700 East Street. 180 NORTH STREET -both sides from West end thereof at approximately 1200 East to existing sidewalk on 1300 East Street. 700 EAST STREET west side from Center Street to Aaron Avenue. 900 EAST STREET east side from 50 North Street north approximately 100 feet. CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS AARON AVENUE north I side from existing curb and gutter at approximately 650 East to 700 East Street. 100 EAST STREET east side from 200 North Street to 300 North Street. 100 EAST STREET both sides from 100 South Street to 200 South Street. 100 SOUTH STREET both sides from 100 West Street to 200 West Street. 100 SOUTH STREET |
