Show Services held here for Hilda F. Grant Funeral services were held in the Third-Ninth Ward Chapel Chap-el Tuesday for Mrs. Hilda Fullmer Full-mer Grant, 70, who died at Utah Valley Hospital of a heart attack Saturday, Sept. 16, 1967. She had come to Springville the Monday before, from Hayden Lake, Idaho, to visit a sister, Mrs. Grace Mar-tindale, Mar-tindale, and was in the hospital only three days. She was born Oct. 8, 1896, in Springville, a daughter of John S. and Agatha Ann Darrow Fullmer and was married to Joseph W. Grant, May 15, 1919 in Butte, Mont. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. ; Grant died in June 1962. ; Mrs. Grant was past president presi-dent of the American Legion ' Auxiliary in Springville. She I moved to Idaho in 1946 and served as Relief Society presi-; presi-; dent in Coeur d' Alene. She 1 was also a member of the Hay- den Lake Country Club. Surviving are two sons and a daughter, W. Jay Grant and Mrs. Melvin (Dayma) Johnson, both of Spokane, Wash.; and Darwin L. Grant of Coeur d' Alene; 11 grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Ted (Grace) Martindale, Springville. Burial was in the Evergreen . Cemetery directed by Wheeler ' Mortuary. |
