Show Interesting talk presented at club Mrs. Hal Clyde gave an interesting in-teresting and educational talk on "Man and Progress," at the meeting of the Mothers Study Club Friday afternoon when the group met with Mrs. May Huntington. Noting that the future is much more important than the past, Mrs. Clyde explained some of the newest innovations and inventions telling how they came about through man's progress. pro-gress. The meeting in charge of Mrs. Grace Martindale who asked Mrs. Ella Reynolds to read the club collect. Mrs. Martindale Mar-tindale gave the topic of the day. The hostess served lunch to fifteen club members and one guest, her sister, Mrs. Jessie Arrowsmith of Provo. Next meeting was announced for Nov. 11, when Mrs. Nell Alleman will be hostess at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. Rolla Hall. |
