Show . 1 f A I MSf I Sibbald Reid, foreman at Geneva Steel Co., who died here, Sunday, October 4 Rites held Monday for Sibbald Reid Private services were held in Salt Lake City, Monday, for Sibbald Reid, 62, who died Sunday morning, Oct. 4, 1964, at the family residence, 58 A St., of a stroke. Mr. Reid was born Sept. 9, 1902, in San Francisco, Calif., the son of Archibald and Gertrude Ger-trude Sibbald Reid. He married Louise Feely Feb. 19, 1937, in Pittsburg, Pa. He was graduated from the University of California and employed by the American Rolling Mill at Middletown, Ohio, then by the Charles Rub-bell Rub-bell Co. in Washington, D. C. In 1947 they came to Springville, Spring-ville, where they resided since. He was employed at Geneva Steel Co., as a turn foreman in the rolling mills. He is survived by his widow, Springville; two sons, John Sibbald, and Walter McAllister Reid, Springville; one sister, Mrs. W. Dayton Clark, San Francisco, California. |
