Show Dates listed for Trade Show, Oct. 1-2 Sponsored by the Provo Chamber of Commerce as a means of boosting business throughout Utah Valley, a Utah Valley Trade Show is being planned October 1 and 2, at Brigham Young University. Booths are being sold at the show for the various concerns in the county and to date some 30 have been taken with plenty of space still available. In charge of the various special features of the event are business leaders from the various communities. W. L. Snelson, president of the Springville Chamber of Commerce, has been asked to arrange personal contact of every manufacturer of a product pro-duct in this' community and get it in the show. Likewise C. of C. presidents in each town have been given similar assignments. , Martin Conover has been appointed ap-pointed in charge of prize entry en-try boxes for sale by Chamber of Commerce organizations to members. Proceeds from the boxes will purchase street banners, ban-ners, prize entry slips and other oth-er items to be used in connection connec-tion with publicity for the event. Sale of the prize entry boxes will boost business between be-tween now and Trade Show time. Prizes to be given at the Trade Show, Oct. 1, will be products or services manufactured manufac-tured in Utah County. George Puckett of this city is chairman of the parade October Oc-tober 2.
