NOTICE TO INSURANCE CO MP ANTES Cost estimates will be accepted ac-cepted for consideration on a group insurance plan for all full-time employees and their dependants of the Nebo School District. This insurance is planned to cover hospitalization, hospitaliza-tion, medical, and surgical expenses. ex-penses. The insurance is for the year beginning September 1, 1964. Cost estimates should be delivered to C. J. Wendel, Clerk of the Board, at the Nebo Ne-bo School District Office in Spanish Fork, on or before August 5, 1964, by 4:00 p.m. Specifications forms will be available at the information desk in the Nebo School District Dis-trict Office, 50 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah.
