Show Janet Hoff parents; one brother and three sisters: Michelle, Heidi, Angela and Jeffery, all of Mountain Home; granddparents Mrs. and Mrs. Meade Forsyth of Cedar City and Mrs. Yvonne Hoff of California; and a great-grandmother, great-grandmother, Viva Putnam of Cedar City. Funeral services were Jan. 25, 1982, at 11 a.m. in the Cedar City sixth LDS Ward chapel, with Bishop Dewey Cammack officiating. Prelude and postlude music was rendered by Shirley Cowan. Family prayer was offered by Allen Forsyth and the invocation by C. Michael Hoff. Speakers included Tom Baxter and Garry Graf. Kent Myers sang a solo. Bishop Cammack gave closing remarks, followed by Bishop Richard Morris giving the benediction on the services. Dedication of the grave was given in the Cedar City Cemetary by Meade Forsyth. Services were under the direction of Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. A Memorial Service was also conducted Jan. 23 in the Mountain Home third LDS Ward Chapel in Mountain Home, Idaho with Bishop Edward Hayhurst officiating. Prelude and postlude music was rendered by Gary Christensen. Prayers were offered by Clint Pappenfuss and Douglas Johanson. Speakers included Tom Baxter and Bishop Hayburst. A quartet sang "I Am A Child Of God." JANET HOFF, six-month-old daughter of Dale R. and Diane Forsyth Hoff died Jan. 21, 1982, in a Boise, Idaho, hospital during heart surgery. She was born Aug. 6, 1981, in Mountain Home 1 Air Force Base in Mountain Home, Idaho. She is survived by her |
