Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ap-plications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11750 ( 73-1048) Cedar City Corp., P.O. Box 249, Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion of 882.73 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Apl. 27902, Ch. Appl. a-9302. a-9302. The water has been diverted from three, 16-inch 16-inch wells, 300-697 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft.; 2) N. 750 ft. E. 100 ft.; both from SW Cor. Sec. 32, T36S, R12W; 3) S. 550 ft. E. 50 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R12W; and used for the municipal purposes within the corporate limits of Cedar City. Hereafter, 882.73 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from four, 16-inch wells, 300-1000 ft. deep, at the following points: 1-3 same as heretofore; 4) S. 250 ft. E. 176 ft. from N','4 Cor. Sec. 29, T36S, R12W i near Quitapah Lake); and used same as heretofore. a-11752 (71-388) Jack B. Holt, II. Deon Holt, Gary E. Holt, Lona Gale Esplin, Marilyn Jones, and Jan Larsen, c-o Jack B. Holt, Enterprise, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 12.22 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 19283. The water has been diverted from two, 16-inch wells, at the following points: 1) N. 1370 It. W. 1755 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28; 2) S. 80 It. W. 70 ft. fromE',4 Cor. Sec. 29, bothT3(S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 3.055 acs. in NW',4, N'-jSWU, NWV4SEV4, Sec. 28, T3GS, K16W. Hereafter, 12.22 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 16-inch well, 550 ft. deep, at a point E. 270 ft. from W',4 Cor. Sec. 26, T36S, R16W (NE of Enterprise); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 119.4 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 3.055 acs. in NW',4 Sec. 26; E'.NE'V Sec. 27; bothT36S, R16W. a-11766 ( 71-1187) David W. and Nora W. Brown, 345 S. 600 W., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion of 464.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 16425. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 212 ft. deep, at a point N. 220 ft. W. 2600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T35S, K17W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 116.0 acs. in SE',4 Sec. 36, T35S, R17W. Hereafter, 464.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted , from any, each or all of two wells, 1) same as heretofore; 2) a 16-inch well, 300 ft. deept, at a point N. 1334 ft. W. 1320 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T35S, R17W (W. of Beryl Jet.); and used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of these applications ap-plications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or Ix-fore Aug. 1, 1981.
