Show Annie Talbot married James Orson Talbot on Oct. 18, 1927, in the St. George LDS Temple. She graduated from Branch Agricultural College (now S U S C ) in 1924 and taught one year at Sulphurdale, Utah. She was a 4-H leader for three years and an active member of the LDS Church. She served as a primary president and teacher, stake mutual second counselor and teacher, and a Relief Society visiting teacher. She was accomplished in crochet work and did many beautiful items. She is survived by her husband of Paragonah; five sons and two daughters; Brent of St. George, Bob, Ardell and Judy all of Paragonah, Mrs. Arnold (Anna) T. Mellor of Lake Shore, Utah, Jim of Burke, Vir., and Neil of Battle Mountain, Nev. Also surviving are 30 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren ; three brothers and two sisters: Albert Gale of Beaver, Mrs. Renford (Delsa) G. Talbot of Paragonah, Jennie G. Judd of Washington, Utah, Elmer Gale of Greshum, Oregon and LaVar Gale of Beaver. Funeral services will be today at 1 p.m. in the Paragonah Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Paragonah Ward Chapel from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment in the Paragonah Cemetery under the direction of Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. ANNIE GALE TALBOT, 78, died June 15. 1981, in the Valley View Medical Center. She was born March 24, 1903, in Beaver, Utah, to Oliver Wills and Jane Mary Moves Gale. She |
