Show I Enoch town Annexation completed Enoch's system, which has good water. The petition was presented to the Enoch Town Board last fall, and members began immediate action on the request so that -the annexation an-nexation could be completed com-pleted by the end of the year, thus allowing the city to collect 1981 property taxes from the new areas. The annexation made it in just under the wire, with Gaily submitting the final plans on the last day of the year. "We just barely made it for the taxing base for 1981," said Gaily. The board members also approved the construction con-struction of a water line to the newly annexed area. According to Gaily, the completion date is tentatively set for June of 1981. Residents of Garden Park, Cottonwood and Spanish Trails and Sunset subdivisions in Cedar Valley should be residents of Enoch Town by now because of action taken by the Enoch Town Board at a public meeting Friday night., . According to John Gaily, city manger, there were no objections raised at the public hearing, and the move was approved without incident. Moves toannex the four subdivisions were commenced some time ago when the State Health Department declared the water of the area unsuitable because of high nitrate levels.
