Show 1 boys remained for a week's visit with their grandparents. Ste.ve and Deb v Christensen are the proud parents of a new baby boy born Aug. 1. The new little one was welcomed home by three older brothers and one sister. Mrs. ReVoe Hulet received word that her mother, Mrs. Cecil Drake, fell and broke her hip. She is recovering in the St. George hospital. She broke her other hip in February and was just recuperating from that. Visitors at the Russell Christensen home were their daughters and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Evans and children from Logandale, Nev., and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Campbell and children from Moab.. Beverly's children are older and have been taking turns staying with their grandparents all summer Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Tullis traveled to Salinas, Calif., where they visited their son and his family, ' Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tullis. They were accompanied by another sn, Kirk and his daughter Janette, from Orem. Mrs. Katherine Christensen spent a few days in Leeds with her mother, Mrs. Annie Stirling who had been ill. She passed away Wednesday Wed-nesday night. The Boyd Christensen family has welcomed a Japanese exchange student into their home for a month. She is 13-year-old Yukie Komatsu from Nagoya, Japan. Nagoya i is a city of four million people.so this is quite a change for her. She doesn't speak much 1 English, but we are doing pretty well with sign language. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest of Cedar City were visitors at the home of their daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bills. Summer visitors at the Richard Sewing home are their grandchildren, Richky, Tiffany, Jenny, and Heather Sewing of Denver, Colo. New Castle Dean and Luzon Forsyth held a family reunion at their home recently. Nine of their ten children ' were in attendance. at-tendance. Those there vvere Mr. and Mrs. Roger Forsyth and two daughters from West Memphis, Ark.; Mrs. Jeannie Heemeyer and four children from Portland, Ore.; Mr. and Mrs. Forsyth and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Neal Forsyth and family, both from Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cobb and family from St. George; Mrs. Yvonne Wright and family from Kanab; LuDean Forsyth from Salt Lake City; and Don and Kent, who are ' still living at home. Their daughter, Mrs. Helen Banks from Sandy, was unable to attend. Recent visitors at the Boyd Christensen home were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Redding and two little sons from Sandy, Utah. Becky and the children stayed for a week before Tom came for them. Alsc visiting was a niece, Sandra Christensen, from Salt Lake City.
