Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-11090 (71-3535) Security Sec-urity Title Company of Southern Utah, for James Mayer, P.O. Box 1140, Cedar Ce-dar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of 320.0 ac. ft. out of a total to-tal of 380.4 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Underground Water Claim 20264 (71-492). The water has been diverted from an existing 14 inch well, 200 ft. deep, at a point N. 10 ft. W. 2630 ft. from E 14 Cor. Sec. 19, T28S, R10W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the Irrigation of 95.10 acs. in E 12 NE-14, NE-14, SW 14 NE 14 Sec. 19 T28S, R10W. Hereafter, 320.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well, 350-450 ft. deep, at a point W. 1300 ft. from E 14 Cor. Sec. 19, T28S, R10W (S. of Milford); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 114.0 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 80.0 acs. in NW 14 NE-14, NE-14, S 12 NE 14 Sec. 19, T28S, R10W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Mar. 29, 1980. DEE C.
