Show IPP TO ISSUE IMPACT STATEMENT FOR LYNNDYL SITE Potential BLM wilderness study areas near the inter-mountain inter-mountain Power Project Lynndyl site should not necessitate any major re-routings re-routings of pipelines, railroads rail-roads or power lines, concluded con-cluded IPP officials after a preliminary study of the BLM inventory report. BLM said its draft environmental en-vironmental impact statement state-ment for the IPP facility will be issued in June, with the final EE scheduled for November. No-vember. IPP plans to begin construction con-struction in mid-1982, and initial commercial oper- ation by July of 1986. Studies Stu-dies by IPP indicate that ; the Lynndyl site is virtually free of earthquake danger. |
