NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ANNEX AREA TO BEAVER COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE SER-VICE DISTRICT NO. 2 FOR FIRE PROTECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN GIV-EN that the Board of County Commissioners of Beaver County, State of Utah, intends to annex area to the existing ex-isting Beaver CountySpecial Service District No. 2 pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of Section 11-23-25, Utah Code Annotated, 1953. The area intended to be annexed to said district consists of the following: fol-lowing: Commencing at a point where the range line dividing divid-ing range 9 West and Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, intersects the Beaver -Millard county line, and running thence South along said range line to the Southwest corner of Township Town-ship 29 South, Range 9 West; thence East 6 miles to the Southeast corner of said Township; thence North along the range line dividing divid-ing Ranges 8 and 9 West to the Beaver -Millard county coun-ty line; thence West along the Beaver -Millard county line 6 miles to the place of beginning. be-ginning. Therefore, upon completion comple-tion of the annexation to said Special Service District, the territory included within . said district will be described des-cribed as follows, to -wit: All that portion of said Beaver County lying west of the following line: Beginning at the point where the range ine dividing Ranges 8 and 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, intersects with the Beaver -Millard county line, and running thence South along said range line to the Southeast corner of Township Town-ship 29 South, Range 9 West; thence West 5 miles to the Northeast corner of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 9 West; thence South to the Beaver -Iron county line.
