Show Elementary Carnival Successful If involvement, cooperation coopera-tion and participation can be used as criteria for measuring measur-ing success, then the elementary ele-mentary school program -carnival was very successful. success-ful. This was the feeling of the staff at the school as reported by Principal Lee Pettey. Mr. Pettey reported the elementary faculty was most pleased with parental cooperation co-operation in providing help and items for the evening activities. He emphasized this was another example of the excellent support the community gives the school. The physical education program was presented as an outcome of an in-service program at the school and provided patrons a view of what is being done. The principal prin-cipal emphasized that it was not intended to be a drilled professional presentation, but rather one providing students stu-dents and teachers freedom in program selection and presentation. Students and teachers enjoyed the activity and this is a most important part of a good physical education edu-cation program. , - The success of the Carnival Carni-val provided a profit for the school and this money will be used for school projects and activities as benefits the total school, according to the principal. |
