The Beavers fought off a one -point lead in a third quarter to defeat Parowan, 80-55, then rompedover Enterprise, En-terprise, 81-57,onSaturday. The Cowboys moved up a notch in the win column Friday Fri-day by defeating Enterprise by one point in overtime. In Division II, Bryce Valley Val-ley slipped by Piute by one point in an overtime contest. Wayne shot down Escalante, 64-55, and Panguitch pillaged Valley, 60-39. The Bobcats, still undefeated, must face Wayne this week, and the Badgers will be going full bore. Balance and defense was the key to Milford's win. The Bulldogs tried to shut off Randy Kerr, so Brad Kirk pumped in 26, Mayer 12, and Bealer 10. Hill had 26 and was the only one in double figures for the Bulldogs. Beaver blew a 10 -point lead in the 3rd quarter, but pumped 28 points in the 4th period to lose Parowan. They took a big lead in the 1st quarter over Parowan and never faltered. Lowe had 31 at Parowan, and Roger Don Marshall 19, and Joe White 17, led the attack on the Wolves. North Sevier skimmed by Gunnison, with good defense and balanced scoring.
