No Plume, Can't Locate Pollution The Utah Environmental News reported this week that the dust removal equipment at the Huntington Plant, recently re-cently put into operation by UP&L, was so efficient they could not conduct research. Researchers on air movement move-ment and gas concentration conducting experiments could not collect needed data because pilots could not see the plume and therefore could not locate the areas where the sample should be collected. Pollution control equipment equip-ment had to be shut down ' enough to make the plume visible.
