Show THREE COUNTIES GET DROUGHT AID MOSS SAYS Utah Senator Frank E. (Ted) Moss today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture has designated three Utah counties as areas eligible for emergency loans through the Farmers Home Administration. Moss said farmers in Duchesne, Du-chesne, Iron and Sanpete Counties may apply for the special loans and that more counties may also be given the same designation by US-DA. US-DA.
