Many of our subscribers sub-scribers have ignored fills differential and continue to send only $5.00 -when renewing. re-newing. High costs of newsprint and other operations make it impossible to absorb this additional expense as we have in the past. In the future, shortages will be reflected on the expiration date on a pre -rated basis. |
