The easy-to-prepare filling is made with canned tomato soup and ground beef pepped lip with seasonings season-ings and Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts. Sloppy Joes are usually usu-ally served over hamburger buns, but toasted English muffins muf-fins are suggested for a change. PEANUT SLOPPY JOES ' 1 can (10-34-ounce) condensed tomato soup 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 12 cup chopped onions ' Combine tomato soup, lemon juice, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Saute onions in Fleischmann's Margarine. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Brown. Stir 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's Margarine 1 pound ground beef 14 teaspoon gait 18 teaspoon pepper 12 cup chopped Planters Pry Roasted Peanuts. Toasted English muffins in soup mixture and simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving, blend in Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts. S?rve spooned over toasted English muffins. Mces 4-5 servings. |
