Mr. and Mrs. Jim Smithson Colo., spent Friday thru Tuesday Tues-day with her mother, Mrs. Mae Colborn. e Mrs. Clinton Myers' son, William Limb, and his son in law of Clearfield were here hunting deer and pinenuts. e Vernon Erickson called Sunday Sun-day morning to advise his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Erickson, Erick-son, that he had arrived in Da Nang, Vietnam, and was assigned to a communications center. 9 Robert Rose of Salt Lake was here hunting with his father and brother Harry and Ronald Rose. Karl Rose and Rex Mar- and Mrs. Catherine Forgie attended at-tended funeral services in Benjamin Ben-jamin Monday for their nephew, neph-ew, Frank Robert Zink, son of Mrs. Gertrude Zink, who died of a heart attack. Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Valine left Wednesday for their home in Isleton, Calif., after visiting his brother, Father J. H. Valine. Va-line. e Mrs. Neva Kinross has returned re-turned from Orem and Salt Lake, where she spent two months at the bedside of her sister, Mrs. Laverda Ann Smith. Mrs. Smith passed away Monday, of cancer, and funeral services were held last Friday in Orem. Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Simp-kins Simp-kins have purchased a trailer home, which is parked at the John Beitz lot. ft Lester I. Twichell, Union Pacific employee, has moved back to his home in Enterprise. Week end guests and deer hunters at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey were their children, Ronald and Judy Bailey, Jim and Judy Bailey, Virginia Bailey, and Mrs. John Bishop; brothers in law and sisters, Mr .and Mrs. Richard Street and Mr. and Mrs. James Bradfield, all of Salt Lake, John Bailey and son Charles and a nephew, Garold Sneed and son Johnny of San Diego, Calif. Mrs. Paul Smith of Denver, shall, car inspectors for the U. P., will now be working in Las Vegas. O Mrs. Bertha Cottrell has returned re-turned from Salt Lake where she cared for the children of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Cottrell, while they were deer hunting in this area. 9 Mrs. Beatrice Olsen and daughter, Mrs. Dixie Matheson of Cedar City, spent Monday with Mrs. Olsen's daughter Mrs. Beverly Wright and family. fam-ily. John Easton is working for the Union Pacific in Las Vegas. e Mr. and Mrs. James H. Freeman and daughter have their trailer home at the Coleman Cole-man parking lot. Mr. Freeman is a miner. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roper spent several days in Oak City visiting relatives. O Stanley and Penny Pomer-imke Pomer-imke and son Stanley Jr., formerly for-merly of Seattle, Wash., are new residents, living in the Keith Long rental house on Main Street. Mr. Pomerimke is on the section at Black Rock. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Barsotti and daughter Judy of Bakers-field, Bakers-field, Calif., spent a week deer hunting with her brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Patterson and visiting her brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Griffiths. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Atkin spent a few days visiting their daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Duard Nay and Mr. and Mrs. Max WiU ams, in the northern part of the r;tate.
