When a pair of hippies escaped a few weeks ago, he made trips to Kansas and Texas to return them to Utah, and this time he gets a trip to Portland, Port-land, Oregon, where the escapees es-capees were apprehended about ; midnight Monday. ! Victor Smith, county clerk, there were 303 signers, "well over" the 10 required.
