Show ' MUSIC DEPARTMENT OFFERS CHRISTMAS CONCERT NEXT WEEK The Milford High School Music Department will present their annual Christmas Concert on Wednesday, Dec. 20. Gary Winkle, head of the Music Department, invites the public to attend. There will be no admission charge to the concert, which starts at 7:30 p .m. in the nign acnooi Auditorium. j The concert will feature j numbers from the entire Music Department. The Senior Band : and Junior Band will play sev-' sev-' eral Christmas selections plus a few numbers representing I other types of music. The ! Chorus will present some choral chor-al numbers including "We Wish ' You a Merry Christmas." The "Hungry Five," a small ! band, will favor .the audience with some German music, and a narration of the poem "The Night Before Christmas" will also be on the program. Mr. Winkle said there will be many surprise features. For the grand finale, the entire music department will present a medley of favorite Christmas hits. This is expected to be the finest Christmas concert ever presented by the" Milford' High music department. |
