Show Lake spent last week end in Milford, a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Larson. Mrs. Jay Overson of Cedar City joined her sister, Mrs. Rae Larson, in Milford Sunday rnd they motored to Nephi to visit their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Bosh. Gale Larson spent the week end in Taylorsville visiting the Roland Culver family. ' IT WAS A GIRL for Eddie pnd Wilma Aagard. The little one was born Feb. 9 in Tillamook, Tilla-mook, Ore., and weighed 7 lbs 9 oz. The Aagards have two other children, Greg and Gaylene. games and refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lowe were called to Southern California Cali-fornia because of the illness of Mr. Lowe's stepfather. Sally Hollaway is caring for the Lowe children. Mrs. Sarah Robinson of Salt Lake is here visiting her father, fath-er, Milton Pool. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Lund and children spent last Sunday in Beaver visiting his brothers, Hal and Blaine. Mrs. Janet Walker has re-eurned re-eurned from Los Angeles and will make her home here. Mr. and Mrs. Neal Smyth and children of Woodland, Cal., are here, enjoying the skiing at Brianhead near Cedar City. Mrs. Powell Smyth is caring for the children. Mr. and Mrs. Powell Smyth will accompany them back to California for a visit. Visiting at the Arland S. Whittaker home Saturday were Mrs. Whittaker's mother, Mrs. rrma Barney; her sister, Mrs. Delia Lee, and a brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Nay, all of Salt Lake. They iwere en route home after attending funex-al services in Circleville for a relative, William Wil-liam Dally. Recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Hor-ton Hor-ton were Mrs. Horton's brother broth-er in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Keith (JoAnn) Terry and children of Shelly, Idaho. They also visited Mrs. Terry's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Eulalia Davis ,in Minersville. Min-ersville. 9 Mr. and' Mrs. Robert Tomsik rttended a Testimonial in the Salt Lake Tabernacle for 335 boys, including their son Gary. O Mrs. Rae Wright and son Brian of Downey, Calif., were here Friday through Monday, rfter receiving word of the accident ac-cident of her father, Clinton Bond. tt Mrs. Alta Hodges observed her 77th birth anniversary Monday. Friends called during the afternoon and Mrs. Bonnie Friar served German chocolate cake and coffee to the visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Anderson Ander-son spent a week in Las Vegas with friends. 0 Mrs. Dian Venazlano and daughter Lori of Troy, N. Y., are here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Clements. Mrs. Venaziano plans to see her brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Winn, in California Cali-fornia before returning to her home. Major and Mrs. W .E. Leni-han Leni-han and children David, Kelly Ann, Steven and Michael of Glendale, Ariz., were here for three days with Mrs. Linihan's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Blake. Maxine Stewart and Susan Yardley, students at the USU in Logan, and Melvin Stewart, a student at Salt Lake Trade Tech, were home last week end. Mrs. LaRee Stewart returned re-turned the students to their schools last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Brim-berry Brim-berry of Las Vegas were here for a -week. Mr. Brimberry was in the Milford Valley Memorial Me-morial Hospital for observation, and Mrs. Brimberry stayed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Whitesidn. : 9 Mrs. Jerry Memmott of Salt PHIS AND THAT - - WITH PAT Mrs. Hazel Moore has returned re-turned from a three week vacation va-cation trip with her daughter, Mrs. Nellie Carelock of Cedar ity. They visited Mrs. Care-lock's Care-lock's children at Napa and St. Helena, Calif., arriving on the date of the birth of Mrs. Moore's second granddaughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Louie Ort in Calestoga, Calif. While there they were subjected to mud slides and floods, following follow-ing a nine-inch rain which fell in four hours . 9 Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Griffiths and -family of Murray visited Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Griffiths over the week end. C Mrs. J. N. Miller of Kearns was a week end visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Mor-gan Griffiths. Mr. and Mrs. Monto Griffiths Grif-fiths of California were here to attend funeral services for Mrs. Griffiths' father, Bob Munford, in Hurricane. O Mr. and Mrs. Robert Conner and children Sherrie and Robbie, Rob-bie, have returned from a two week stay in Lancaster, Calif., where they were called because be-cause of the illness of Mrs. Conner's mother, Mrs. Arvizu. Robbie became ill while in California Cal-ifornia and the Conners had to stay longer than they had planned. 8 Mrs. Mary Jane Edwards and Mrs. LaRee Kersh of Salt Lake were in Milford last week end at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Del Kesler. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson Thomp-son have returned from Salt Lake where they visited a son. Calvin, and family. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jones have returned to Milford after spending sevral months in California. O Vernon and Carlie Gronning and children Carlene, Gordon and Chris, of Las Vegas, and Don and Angie Lindsay and six children of Dugway surprised sur-prised the ladies' parents, Mr. and Mrs. V. Waddoups, when they came for a visit last week end. Mrs. Launie Williams and daughter Marie of Salt Lake are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Baxter, while her husband is on a General Electric business trip to Texas. Pam and Debbie Grimes of Bountiful, daughters of Mrs. Virginia Grimes, were recently here visiting their mother. G Mrs. Sam Cline observed her birthday Monday and was entertained . at the home of her sister, Mrs. Edythe Grim-shaw, Grim-shaw, Tuesday evening. Mrs. Dora Pool and Mrs. Nora Wright entertained the Past Noble Grands Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Fool. 16 members were present pres-ent and a guest, Mrs. Sarah Robinson of Salt Lake.
