Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change water in Beaver Bea-ver County, State of Utah: a-4781, U.S.A., Bureau of Land Management, Fillmore, Ut., proposes to change the place of use of 2 sec.-ft. of water and 1460 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Diligence Claim 1458 KC9-44). The water has been diverted from Upper Willow Wil-low Creek Spring at a point N. 1001 ft. E. 687 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 2, T29S, R16W, SL B&M, and used year round for domestic purposes of 25 persons and for stockwatering of 450 cattle and 2000 sheep in SWV4-SEy4 SWV4-SEy4 Sec. 2, T29S, R16W, SLB&M Hereafter 2 sec.-ft. and 1460 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted divert-ed as heretofore, conveyed to an equalizing reservoir, piped to troughs and taps, and used year round at recreational sites for purposes of 25 persons and for stockwatering of 450 cattle, 2000 sheep, and wildlife. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before be-fore Feb. 11, 1967.
