Show were here and in Minersville. Chad and Delia Dallion of Springville were at the home of Mrs. Luneta Kirk over the Memorial holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Vernon returned Sunday from attending attend-ing graduation exercises at the BYU. A granddaughter, Linda Vernon, was one of the graduates, gradu-ates, receiving a Master's degree de-gree in Physical Education. The Vernons also visited in Salt Lake and Warren. O Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smyth and daughter Kristin of Woodland Wood-land Hills, Calif., were here for several days at the home of parents Mf. and Mrs. Powell Smyth. Mrs. Moore plans to enroll in a special summer course at the U of U, June 22. 8 Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jesse of Lodi, Calif., were in Milford en route to North Dakota, calling call-ing on Mr. and Mrs. Russel Mayer, Mrs. Lillian Mayer and Mr. and Mrs. James Mayer, e Mrs. Evelyn Mayer and daughter Sandra drove to Scottsdale, Ariz., to get her children, Lloyce and Melvin, who have been attending the Thunderbird Academy. jMr. and Mrs. Duard Davids are now living in the Leo Harton rental home. Mr. Davids Da-vids will again teach at Milford Mil-ford High School next year. Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Carter Car-ter and family of Provo were in Beaver County over the holidays. hol-idays. While in Milford they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Grimshaw. e Richard and June Thompson of Provo are back in Milford Mr. Thompson will replace Vernon Gronning as switchman in the U P yards, and will operate op-erate his farm. They will live in their home on Highway 21. Lue Ann Carlson, Milford High School teacher, has returned re-turned to her home in Poca-tello, Poca-tello, Idaho. This fall he plans to teach at the University or Southern California. 0 Miss Karen Baudino and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Myers and family, fam-ily, who have been living in Needles, Calif., now living in Minersville, visited at the home of the ladies' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Baudino. 0 Mrs. Ina Norton will enroll at the University of Utah June 8 for 10 weeks of special schooling. 0 Mr. and Mrs. William Wood are leaving Milford. Mr. Wood, Fifth Grade teacher for the past two years, will attend the University of Utah on a science grant and this fall will teach at Wellsville. S David Williams, Sixth Grade teacher, is attending a National Nation-al Guard encampment at Camp Williams, and plans to attend the CSU this summer. Mrs. Williams is staying with her parents in Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. James Jarvis are vacationing in North Platte, Nebr. After their return re-turn they will move to Delta where they are being transferred trans-ferred by AT&T. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Roberts of Van Nuys, Calif., were in Milford over the Memorial holidays at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Delmer , Kirk. Also, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kirk of Re-ceda, Re-ceda, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roberts of Van Nuys 0 Gary and Mary Weston of Salt Lake were home for the holidays. 0 Mrs. Theone Masher and children Charlotte and Almon were in Milford last week end. Charlotte attended the BYU in Provo for the past year and Mrs. Mosher came to get her. They iwere en route to their home in Rialto, Calif. They visited Mr. and Mi's. Florin Bingham, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Gillins and Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins. Other Gillins family members visiting here were i Willis and Afton Rogers of ! Dry Lake, Nev.; Robert and Ellen Gillins of Magna; and ; Elaine Gillins of Salt Lake. George Mayer, who is in the U S Service stationed at San Francisco, joined Elaine in Salt Lake and together they came to Milford. 0 Miss Odette Mayer has returned re-turned home from school at the Thunderbird Academy in Arizona. 0 Newcomers to Milford are Clair and Amelia Leany and five small children. They will be here for the summer, and are living in the Lottie Gronning Gron-ning Dutson rental home. Mr. Leany will resume his studies at the BYU this fall. 0 Frank Stewart of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart of- Salt Lake were here over the Memorial week end. 0 Hubert and Anna Mae Hickman Hick-man and family of Magna were holiday visitors here. 0 A holiday week end visitor was David Killam, of San Jose, Calif., son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Killam. David is employed as a designer by 1 B M. 0 Mrs. Ethel Nielsen underwent under-went an ear operation in Salt Lake. 0 Mr. and Mrs. William Baker have returned from the World's Fair. They were among 72 members of the U P Old Timers Tim-ers who attended the Fair and toured Manhattan Harbor by boat. The group traveled from Salt Lake by plane, and it was the couple's first plane ride. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Doug Gilliam are in Las Vegas as witnesses in a court trial. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Donald Burnett Bur-nett of Burbank, Calif., spent the Memorial week end with Milford friends Mr. and Mrs. Ben Briscoe. e Larry and Denise Lofthouse were in Milford at the homes of John Lofthouse and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Cline. Glen Wahlquist, Milford Seminary teacher, will attend the summer session at the BYU and will teach seminary in Provo, part time, during the summer. He is working on his Master's degree. Walter He-der He-der of California will teach seminary here this fall. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wallace and children and Mrs. Edwin Lister will spend several days at the home of their mother, Mr. and Mrs J. H. Galbraith. O Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch were in Salt Lake last week to visit their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hawkins, and attend graduation gradua-tion exercises at East High School. Their grandson Larry K. Hawkins was one of the graduates. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch, Mrs. Rozetta Handley and Mrs. Rosalie Cook spent Tuesday at Abraham visiting old friends and neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Bliss of Abraham and Mr. and Mrs. George Q.
