A new bulletin will be prepared pre-pared for all Legion Departments Depart-ments as soon as up-dated information is received. Until that time, all inquiries should be addressed to Washington Office, The American Legion, 1608 K Street N. W., Washington Wash-ington 6, D. C. Veterans and dependents now drawing pension benefits from the Veterans Administration have received their icome questionnaires ques-tionnaires to determine the income in-come received in 1962 and estimated es-timated income expected for 1963. The questionnaires were received the first part of December De-cember directly from the payment pay-ment center where the checks are issued. The questionnaire must be completed and returned re-turned to Veterans Administration Adminis-tration Regional Office in. Salt Lake City, on or before Jan. 31, 1963. An instruction sheet accompanied accom-panied each questionnaire. This should be carefully read and each item followed as the income in-come questionnaire is filled in. If additional space is required, re-quired, a notation may be made on a plain sheet of white paper pa-per indicating the item referred to. The veteran's claim number num-ber and name should be noted on the extra sheet to identify additional information. If assistance is desired, contact con-tact your post service officer, or we invite you to visit our Service Office in Salt Lake City, Room 228 E at Veterans Administration, 1750 South Redwood Road, or the Department Depart-ment Adjutant's office, B-27 State Capitol, Salt Lake City. Additional assistance may be received by contacting the Veterans Vet-erans Administration representative represent-ative on his local visitations.
