Show BOFRTTOHOST IDAHO-UTAH JOINT MEETING JUNE 30-JULY 1 Milford will host the 1961 annual an-nual meeting of the Idaho-Utah Joint Association of the Brotherhood Broth-erhood of Railroad Trainmen and the Ladies' Auxiliary in a two-day business meeting June 30 and July 1. W. H. Cox, general chairman, chair-man, and his committee heads have an interesting two-day program arranged which includes in-cludes banquets, dances and other entertainment as well as the business sessions. A smorgasbord smor-gasbord and exhibitions by the ladies' drill teams will feature the first day's activities, with an interesting program to be emceed by Byron Pullem. The Saturday business session ses-sion will be followed by a hospitality hos-pitality hour, and a banquet and dance in the evening. The general committee includes in-cludes Mr. Cox as chairman; Verna Tomsik and Lovell Crane, vice charimen; Marge Mecham, secretary; Joan Holland, Hol-land, treasurer; Pat Nelson, hostess president; and Garthe Banks, marshal. Committee heads are Ina Norton, program and entertainment; entertain-ment; Joan Holland, reservations; reserva-tions; Phyllis Keetch and Maudell Crane, floral arrangements; arrange-ments; Mr. Cox and Mrs. Mecham, Me-cham, invitations; Phyllis Price and Vera Price, hospitality; Isabelle Cox, registration; Mrs. Tomsik, smorgasbord; and H. W. Norton, advertising. The general public is invited to the Friday evening program, which will be free, and to the Saturday night dance. |
