Show ELEMENTARY P-T A STARTS PLAN TO BEAUTIFY SCHOOL The Milford Elementary School P.-T. A., after completing their first project of the 1960 fall sea. son, providing bicycle racks at the school, announced this week that their next endeavor will be beautification of the school grounds. This project is off to a good start, according to President Bob Wright, with several shrubs already al-ready having been donated and planted by 4-H Clubs and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Lamb. Some sections of lawn have been planted, Mr. Wright said, but before other sections can be planted a sprinkling system will have to be provided thru the cooperation co-operation of Milford City, Milford service clubs and other organizations, organi-zations, and the Beaver County Board of Education. Serving the school at present is a 2-inch water main, Mr Wright pointed out. This is in-adeuate in-adeuate for the needs of the school, and a 4-inch or 6-inch main will be required before any additional lawn can be planted. "The Milford Elementary P.-T. P.-T. A. is ready and eager to cooperate co-operate in any manner which will expedite the installation of this water line and sprinkler sytem," Mr. Wright said, "so that the beautification of our school can be realized. We are soliciting financial help to purchase the shrubs and trees, which will be planted as the funds are available avail-able and as the facilities will enable proper care." Next meeting of the organization, organiza-tion, which meets the first Wednesday Wed-nesday of each month, will be on Oct. 5th. It is expected to present pre-sent all candidates for Beaver County Board of Education positions, posi-tions, and Mrs. Loretta Cline, I candidate for the State Board of Education, also will be invited to speak. All school patrons and interested interest-ed residents are invited to attend at-tend this meeting. Officers of the Milford Elementary Ele-mentary P.-T. A. are: Robert L.
