Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that Wallace Yardley, Beaver, Beaver County, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, Change Application Applica-tion No. a-3744, which proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1 "sec.-ft. of water, initiated by Application No. 18639.
