Show ily spent the week end visiting re-j re-j latives in Leamington. BLACK ROCK NEWS By Mrs. Beniti Burke Mrs. Hattie Scott has returned home after spending several weeks ! with her mother, who resides in Los Angeles. Victor Kaufman, his son Jim, and Richard Horst spent ten days hero. They installed some pipe line, set up a windmill, and installed install-ed other improvements on Mr. Kaufman's ranch. They now have returned to their home at Porter-ville, Porter-ville, California. Mrs. W. H. Hendrickson of Milford Mil-ford and Mr. and Mrs. John Spacer and son of Albuquerque, N. M., called on the Hampton Burkes. Ray Coats of Mt. Pleasant came here for the purpose of picking up some of his sheep that had come in to the Black Rock ranch and were being cared for here. Mrs. Hampton Burke, accompanied accompan-ied by her two nieces of Denver, Colo., made a trip to Kanab, Glen Canyon, Page, Arizona; Navajo bridge and Zion and Bryce canyons. can-yons. Mrs. Burke attended some of the social events of the Utah Postmasters' convention in Kanab and Zion park. Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Clay of Milford Mil-ford and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rohn and daughter V'rginia of Salt Lake City were week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hampton Burke. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Smithson serv ed a delicious dinner Sunday eve ning to the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. Hampton Burke, Miss Sophia So-phia McMillen, and Miss Elise Mc-Millen. Mc-Millen.
