Show Luther Hardys Plan 50th Wedding Observance Mr. and Mrs. Luther Hardy will observe their fiftieth wedding anniversary an-niversary Saturday, July 11, with a family dinner and an open house for their friends and relatives from 7 to 9 o'clock in the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Hardy were married mar-ried July 7, 1909, in Minersville. The marriage later was solemnized in the St. George L D S Temple. Mr. Hardy was born Feb. 16, 1887, in Milford and Mrs. Hardy, a native of Minersville, was born j Nov. 2, 1886. They lived in Minersville Miners-ville most of their married life and Mr. Hardy was employed as a hoist man in the mines near Minersville i and west of Milford. They moved ! to Milford in 1943. Nine of their 10 children are living: liv-ing: Mrs. Laurence (Mildred) Eld-ridge, Eld-ridge, Salt Lake City; Floyd, Delta; James and LaMar Eldridge and Mrs. Earl (Maxine) Wilson, Provo; Mrs. Cleo Bauer, Spanish Fork; twins Alden, Magna, and Eldon, Salt Lake; and Mrs. Utahna Heap, Parowan. An invitation is extended to all their friends to attend the open house Saturday, July 11. |
