Show Personal Mention Recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Berger were the Mr. Bergcr's brother and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Berger of Driggs, Idaho; Mrs. Rena Peterson of Jackson Hole, Wyo.; and Mrs. Berger's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Kunz, who have been vacationing in Arizona. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Soker will leave Saturday for the St. George Temple to receive their endowments. endow-ments. They will be accompanied by their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Stoker of Cedar City, who will have their adopted son sealed to them. Also accompanying them will be Mrs. Maude Stoker, Mr." and Mrs. Cla'.r Gillins, Mr. and Mrs.' Lorraine Gillins, Gil-lins, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones of Springville. Mrs. Audri Taylor of Idaho was in Milford for two weeks visiting her father, Clinton Myers, and other relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Pitchiforth spent several days in Salt Lake and returned home Sunday driving a new Oldsmobile. Mrs. Zell Eyre returned to her home in Minersville after a visit in Milford at the home of her son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wunderlich. O Dr. Thomas E. Mangum Sr. of Nampa, Idaho, is in Milford visiting visit-ing his sister, Rev. Myrtle White. Dr. Mangum is a senior member of the Mangum Medical Clinic in Nampa, whose staff also includes two of his sons, Dr. Thomas E. Jr. and Dr. Robert Mangum. The Milford Volunteer Fire Department De-partment were unexpected guests Friday night at the Boy Scout weiner roast near the LDS Church when a nearby resident became alarmed and turned in a fire alarm. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Culver left Wednesday evening to spend the rest of the week in Idaho Falls, Idaho, with Mr. Culver's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Culver. They will be accompanied as far as PocateJJo' by Tommy Hopkins, who will visit friends there, the V. L. Fowler family. Mr. and Mrs. William Hopkins were in Salt Lake recently. Mr. Hopkins was en route to Denver, Colo., to attend an American Telephone Tel-ephone & Telegram conference. New homes in Milford are under construction ty Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Mit-chell White and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Whittaker, Mr. and Mrs. Mac McBride, and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Slinkerd are building a garage on property purchased from the AT&T. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Burke of Salt Lake stopped for an overnight stay with Mrs. Burke's sister, Mrs. Rachel Ra-chel .Neeley. Out of town friends and coworkers co-workers attending the funeral of W. G. White last Friday in the Milford Mil-ford Masonic Temple included Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Gertsch, C. L. Bowers, F. Brown, John E. Hanlon, Mrs. Eva Brothers, Leo McVay, T. C. Himstreet, Mrs. W. L. Dawson and Gladys Shingleton, all of Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Steen-bock Steen-bock of Bountiful, Mrs. Erma Eyre of Minersville, Vella Stephenson of Cedar City, Ernest Joseph, Joseph Jo-seph A. Manzione, George Robinson, Robin-son, Jasper Puffer and Niels Jensen Jen-sen o Beaver; Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Bud-dy Galnour of Caliente, and Mr. White's daughter, Mrs. Art Kinney of California. Mr. and Mrs. Kimmel Coon of Milford and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Hickman and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnson of Beaver spent Saturday night in St. George attending the basketball games. They toured points of interest in Southern Utah Sunday 'before returning home. Mrs. Heber Myers returned to Salt Lake with her daughter Shir-len Shir-len for a few days' visit. While here they attended at-tended the wedding of Dyke and Mary Jane McCulley LeFevre. Mr. and Mrs. Lund Turner and family spent Friday and Saturday with Mrs. Turner's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Slinkerd, in Toquer-ville, Toquer-ville, where Mr. Slinkerd is employed em-ployed by the State Road Commission.
