HARRY C. .M EEKER announce the en gagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kathleen Louise, to Mr. Ted G. Lokey, son of Mr. and Mrs. K. L. Lokey of Salt Lake. Miss Meeker is a student at Milford High School. Mr. Lokey graudated from the Cheyenne, Wyo., high school and attended the University of. Utah.
