Show NOTICE OF HEARING ON ' PETITION FOR ADOPTION IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH In the Matter of the Adoption of KATHIE ANN MILLER and FREDRICK PAUL MILLER, Minora, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Delmar Loten Kesler and Hazel Blackner Kesler have fikl with the Clerk of this Court their ipetition 'praying that this Court determine and find that Kathie Ann Miller and Fredrick Paul Miller, Mil-ler, are Children deserted and abandoned by their natural father; that this Court make and enter its Decree of Adoption which will legally establish 'between Delmar Loten Kesler and Hazel Blackner m: Kesler, the petitioners herein, and said minor children, the relation :of parents and children, and confer con-fer upon them and each of them all the rights, duties and obliga-gations obliga-gations of that relationship; that said minor children have and use and thenceforth be known as Kathie Ann Kesler and Fredrick Paul Kesler. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 13th day of October, : 1958, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M. of said day, and the Count Room of the County Court House at Beaver City, Beaver County, Utah, are 'the time and the place for hearing the said ipetition. when and where all persons interested in-terested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why the said petition and the prayer thereof, should not be granted.
